GENERAL INFORMATION: READ THIS

The POCA Club Store is operated on a volunteer basis. A certain amount of inventory is maintained at our residence or in nearby storage, the remainder is kept in Las Vegas and is unaccessible during anytime outside of the POCA Fun Rally. Please check our web pages for listings that state "Las Vegas Only" for items we can not ship due to no local inventory.

As we are volunteering our time to manage and run the POCA Club Store, we may not get around to shipping your order in a timely manner. Every effort is made to complete your order in a timely fashion, however, due to our regular work schedules and other committments, we may not ship your products as quickly as we had originally hoped. If however, you have not received an order within a couple of weeks, please email us.

The POCA Club Store operates for MEMBERS ONLY, and will not sell to non-members. A non-member may become a member of POCA and place an order at the same time. Member dues will charged along with the order. Hopefully we will post additional member information here in the future.

When ordering, please include your POCA MEMBER NUMBER, in order for us to process your order. We will be checking it against a database of current members. If you are not listed, your order will not be processed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

All orders shipping to United States are shipped via Priorty Mail from zip code 99022. Shipping charges are based on package weight. Rates can be found at http://www.usps.gov.

All orders shipping outside the United States will incur other charges. Call or email us ahead of time to make arrangements. FedEx and UPS available.

All orders are charged a flat $2.00 handling fee.

NOTE: Due to daily conflicts (like work) All Orders are shipped on Saturday. Orders submitted on Sunday, will hopefully be shipped the following Saturday.

To order or check availability of any of our products, please contact us by email. Your questions, comments and orders are important to us. Please DO NOT include credit card information in your email. We will attempt to create a secure way for you to send this information in the future. For now, by pre-ordering your merchandise by email, we can hold it out for you, pending your check or credit card information by phone.

We can also be reached by phone during limited hours. If you call and we are not at home, please leave a message, and again, DO NOT leave any credit card information on our machine. We can return your call and work out details later.

We will hold your item and return an emial confirming price and availability, in addition, we can add the shipping and handling charges. Once you have the final figure, you can send a check or money order to this address.
