Las Vegas Fun Rally Important Announcement

I had heard by the grapevine that a few people who tried to reserve rooms
for the Fun Rally were met with having an additional fee of $5 per day to cover
in-room coffee, unlimited local and 800 calls, and unlimited use of the
workout center.

I have recently had a lengthy phone conversation with Fernando Hurtado, our
guy in group sales at the Orleans, in which we discussed this issue. Because
our contract was in place prior to this fee, the hotel is not making it
mandatory in our case, but optional. Hotel operators seem to be unaware of this
fact.

If you recall, in-room coffee was charged at $3 for each supply refill,
local and 800 calls were charged $.75 each, and there was a $10 a day charge for
the use of the workout center but there was a free visit coupon in your coupon
book. The optional package allows you to receive all these benefits for $5
a day.

It is up to us to get the word out, so that the registrants can make an
informed choice, and also to make sure that they know there is an option for the
POCA people.
