Las Vegas Fun Rally 2004

The Las Vegas Fun Rally continues to be the largest gathering of Panteras and Pantera owners
anywhere. If you attended the 2004 event, these pages should bring back some pleasant memories.
Thanks to event hosts Kent and Sandi Snyder, Gary and Cindy Roys, and Bob and Carol Reid
for putting on a successful event. Thanks also to the tireless group from the Pantera Club of
Northern California for hosting the track event. While it is always nice to see DeTomaso cars
at an event like this, after you attend such an outing you will realize that it is the people who
make the event truly memorable! Thanks also to Judy McCartney for the images she took, as
well as for lending me her digital camera. I apologize for the quality of some of the ballroom
images but the lighting there makes photography quite difficult.

In case you thought that Panteras don't get driven, amongst the dead bugs is a nice stone bruise.

A view of the parking lot

One of the many stunning cars on display in the Union Plaza ballroom

Pat Mical brought this amazing 1972 Pantera...

...which he completely remade into a rare 200 model, inside and out!

I fell in love with this candy blue model (the image doesn't do the color justice) ...

...into which Bob and Don Byars have squeezed a 514 cubic inch monster!

Precision Pro-formance also installed an SVO 514 into this black beauty...

...owned by a Hollywood producer

Here is a nice group 4 example

It's amazing how the interior can be transformed when it is done in something besides black.
